APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PEVIOUS MEETING:

MM/S Johnson/Ellis to approve December 11, 2000 minutes. Vote 5-0

TREASURER’S REPORT: Report dated December 2000 was accepted

APPROVAL OF BILLS: MM/S Ellis/Johnson – Vote 5-0

SUPERVISOR’S REMARKS AND CORRESPONDENCE: A dusk to dawn light is being considered for the ice rink. There is also a possibility of leveling the ball yard next summer.

VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT –Mike Radigan-Absent-No report

911 COMMITTEE - -Doug Schubert – The sub committee has finished its work and has submitted road names.

WATER COMMITTEEJohn Wakeman – There will be a meeting in May-Possibly the 3rd Saturday.

WATER SYSTEM OPERATORRick Finke – The water samples are fine.

WELLHEAD PROTECTION – Rick Finke – No report

CEMETERY COMMITTEE – Ginny Schubert – No report
